Nisser on the way!

As is gets colder outside, the only things we want to do right now is to stay inside and make it nice and cozy, while we drink a hot cup of chocolate or tea. Looking for inspiration to make this dream come true? Here is an idea:

The little fellow with his red hat has a long tradition in the Nordic countries. He is called a ‘NISSE’ and he used to live under the ceiling at the farmers house. Each year at Christmas time it was the habit of giving him a nice meal in form of a sweet Rice-Porridge with melting butter. If the farmer’s family forgot to do so, they could expect a lots of trouble the coming year and a pure harvest. Since then he got a nice looking wife and most ‘Nisse’-Families got children too. A ‘Nisse’ can easily get more than 253 years old. So it is a nice story to tell and old tradition too.

The Rendear!

Ho Ho!!! Santa Clause is looking for some nice little helpers. Maybe a Rendear could be of some use!

If the fog is going to stay on, a red Rendear would be just the right thing, for Santa, so he gets some help, wenn he soon has to go out to see all the children and have his sled fuld of suprices!

Also looking for some helpers:

Towards the Stars:

Is a new market place, that focos non gender stereotypes products  for children and young adults.

'We believe every child is placed on this earth to accomplish something remarkable, something that only he or she can do. Our tribe was created with one single purpose: to help reduce all threats to girlhood that crush our girls' true nature and potential. We focus on upending gender stereotypes that only make girls obsess about body image, prevent them from taking leadership roles, limit their interests in sciences and math, and cause them to feel self-conscious when playing sports'

I'm happy to be a part of this new community with my shop:

Ponies in the snow

-->
Two little ponies were walking around in the snow. Prrrr - it is getting rather cold outside, the brown one said. Let's go for a run in the mountains that will keep us warm, said the red-strip one. Juppiiiii – play in the snow make so much fun!!!

-->
The two little ponies are handmade. For the brown one the fabric used is 100% organic cotton. The red-strip one is made out of normal cotton. The eyes are applicated on, so little fingers can't tear them off. The mane and tail are fasted securely, to prevent hair to fall off.
